Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of chargepros.org (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Nature of the Site

The Site is operated by ChargePros (“we,” “us”). ChargePros sells commercial EV charging equipment bundled with a service agreement. ChargePros is not a franchise. Nothing on the Site is an offer to sell a security or investment contract, and nothing on the Site is investment, legal, tax, or financial advice.

3. Products & Services

Descriptions of equipment packages and services on the Site are summaries. The specific equipment, services, fees, and obligations for any purchase or site arrangement are set out only in the signed written agreement between the parties, which controls over anything on the Site.

4. Purchase & Payment

Package prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change until a written agreement is signed. Payment terms, accepted payment methods, and refund terms are governed by the signed agreement and our Refund Policy.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information in any application or inquiry, to have the legal authority to act for any business or property you represent, and to perform the responsibilities described in any agreement you sign, including cooperation with site access, utility, and permitting requirements.

6. Revenue & Financial Projections

Any revenue, income, payback, or other financial figures on the Site or in our materials are illustrative projections based on stated assumptions. They are not guarantees, forecasts, or promises of earnings. Actual results depend on market conditions, EV traffic, charger utilization, pricing, utility rates, site conditions, and other factors, and may be lower than projected or negative. Revenue is not profit. Deployment averages 60–90 days from final site approval, and results vary based on market, construction, utility readiness, permitting, and site conditions.

7. Intellectual Property

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, and the ChargePros name and marks, are owned by or licensed to ChargePros and are protected by law. You may view and print pages for your personal or internal business use. Any other use requires our written permission.

8. Confidentiality

Non-public materials we share with you, such as proposals, projections, site analyses, and agreement drafts, are confidential. You agree not to share them except with your own legal, tax, and financial advisors who need to review them.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ChargePros is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, arising from your use of the Site. ChargePros’ total liability for any claim related to the Site or our services is limited to the amount you paid to ChargePros for the services giving rise to the claim. The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. Either party may seek temporary injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent imminent harm.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above shows when they were last changed. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
